Making a difference…


The students have so much fun with the yoga class… it improves breathing, posture and students' self-esteem. It is testimony to the mind, body and spirit connection… It gives students the opportunity to express themselves, and laughter, as we know, is good for the soul. I wish we could do this once a month—we all really love your class. Thank you!
