Making a difference…


Lisa was a wonderful yoga instructor! She worked very well with our girls, and they thoroughly enjoyed the session. I liked the idea of incorporating exercise and physical activity with learning, and Lisa did just that and more. I would highly recommend Belightful Yoga for other groups.
