We reached out to Belightful Yoga to offer our students something that goes beyond the traditional gym class — a weekly yoga enrichment class that provides relaxation (where we take time “in”), builds self esteem, and supports physical wellbeing by focusing on breathing, visualization, yoga poses and games.
